Die folgenden Projekte sind meist mit viel Vorlauf entstanden. Oftmals wären sie ohne den fesselnden Ausdruck der Personen vor der Kamera nur eine Idee geblieben.
The following projects were mostly created with a lot of advance preparation. Often they would have remained just an idea without the captivating expression of the people in front of the camera.
Vitalité Hypocrite
Are we ready for a radical change? The end of the plastic empire? Or does consumption catch up with us and bind us with its spirit of waste? His portraits on a black background join two more contrary than complementary worlds: the texture of the face consists of an organic product covered with colored plastic waste, products of everyday life. The expression of the face is reminiscent of fashion prints in magazines, on posters: attractive, manipulative, idealizing. One thing is not (yet) possible without the other: the durable, the organic, is packaged in plastic. Daily life in supermarkets, production lines, our cycles. The return to the organic is put in the wrong light due to the relevance of the plastic.

Hidden Treasures
La série « Hidden Treasures » se compose de dix portraits d’étudiants de Sciences Po Paris. Chacune des photos ont été prises dans des arrondissements différents. Le parcours de ces étudiants est marqué par un haut niveau de mobilité, chacun(e) partant un an à l’étranger. Malgré leurs déménagements, ils ont tout de même su créer des liens affectifs forts avec leurs endroits préférés.

Un ciel bleu. Un silence infini. Le calme, la paix. Une journée de fin février dans les Préalpes suisses. A 2000 mètres au-dessus du niveau de la mer. L'idylle n'est qu'un bref moment d'évasion de la réalité dévastatrice. Quelques jours auparavant, Poutine a attaqué l'Ukraine - un État souverain en Europe. La guerre en Ukraine est un tournant pour l'Europe. Cette pensée me vient aussi dans ce lieu prétendument neutre en Europe.
